Terms of Service

Oost Tech provides websites, CRM setup, apps, automations, and system optimization work under a written proposal or written acceptance of scope.

Project Scope

• Each project should have a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline, assumptions, and price.
• Work outside the accepted scope may require a revised quote or separate approval.
• Clients remain responsible for supplying content, access, approvals, and accurate business information.

Payment

• Small projects may use a 50% upfront payment and 50% before final handover.
• Larger projects may use milestone payments agreed in writing.
• Final files, credentials, or production handover may be held until agreed payments are received.

Security and Access

• Clients should create separate user access for Oost Tech where possible.
• Shared passwords should be changed after project handover.
• Oost Tech will not request access that is unnecessary for the agreed work.
